Mr. Zeller is a Certified Backflow Prevention Tester, certified by the University of Florida Treeco Center, Backflow Prevention Tester Training and Certification School.  Mr. Zeller is also listed as a Certified Tester on the Official Lee Country Government Website. Mr. Zeller is re-certified every two years.
